Job Description

Alchotech is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, sales pages, and other branding requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, typography, color combinations, layouts, and current design trends. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver creative designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Design banners, promotional creatives, landing pages, and sales pages.
• Edit images and create engaging visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into creative visuals.
• Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners and candidates based in Kota will be preferred.
